Every new client starts their journey with a 2-hour virtual intake session.
This is a time for us to get to know each other, discuss in more detail how the coaching process works, and give you an opportunity to share your goals, thoughts and concerns in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
This intake session sets the foundation for our coaching time together.
